But it didn’t start out like this.
Before the gym became a 6 figure salary.
Before professional athletes walked through these doors.
I was once a broke Personal Trainer at LA Fitness working my tail off and trading hours for a few dollars.
After I graduated college I decided to make the leap and start my own business
Where I coached out of an 800 sq ft warehouse facility.
And while I was on my own and riding the high of starting my coaching business, the dark truth was I was scratching and clawing to pay rent every month.
The money was worse, and the hours were longer.
Each day, my alarm blared before the sun came up.
I was at the gym by 5:00 AM.
I coached every hour until I got home at 9 PM.
Then I woke up to do it again the next day.

Overworked, underpaid.
Loving what I was doing, but at the same time, doubting my future.
And more importantly, seeing all my friends working high paying jobs, buying homes, cars, and progressing through life.
It felt like I was stuck.
But it was at that point I had a light bulb moment…
If I wanted to get paid more and make this gym successful…
I needed to develop bulletproof systems that worked congruently and efficiently.
But most of all I needed systems that worked consistently!
So, I doubled down on my education to learn how the best businesses were marketed and operated.
I paid for every course and book they had on marketing my services.
I attended multiple seminars on selling in person.
I dove deep into things such as time management, goal setting, and overall operations of a business, to the point where I would literally dissect the most successful operations of hundreds of businesses across multiple industries.
And from there, I was able to successfully develop systems to apply on a day to day business.
If they didn’t work I would go back to the drawing board, alter the system until I would get the consistent outcome I was looking for.
This resulted in a huge turnaround in my coaching business.
I started going from 10-15 leads on a lucky month to over 100+.
I went from closing 3 out of 10 people that came in to 8 out of 10, while charging double my previous rates.
And I found a way to keep my athletes year round to avoid the “seasonal” yo-yo business I had previously.
Fast forward and these systems have kept our gym strong and profiting month of month for 10+ years.
And the coolest part about it is it hasn’t just worked for me.
I started sharing these systems with other coaches and they started exploding their businesses as well….
